I STRONGLY disagree with it taking a month to get keywords indexed. It may take a month (or a year) to get highly placed for good keywords, but just getting indexed takes no time at all. I was showing someone that this is true. I created a post calls "<strong>How do I mail a zebra</strong>", a phrase no one will google, and I was indexed less than 6 hours after posting. I'd be willing to bet that by the time you read this comment, if you google that phrase you will find a link back to this comment.

About the traffic generation i think it depends only on your efforts, because if you are using any type of seo techniques then it can take at least 1 month to get all your keywords indexed. So your ideas are really considerable to get traffic.
